They have metal packs that look like a pretty good deal.

I bought my clecos and drill bits from Pan American.  They have the best prices I found and they make the drill bits.  They request a $50.00 min order, but that wasn't a big deal.  I did request UPS ground for shipping and they sent FedEx (I have issues with FedEx).

I bought my rivet spacer and cleco pliers from the Yard.  They have used tools occasionally and my order shipped same day.  No min order.

I'm not to big on their website, but they definately have good prices on all kinds of neat tools.

I bought my scotchbrite wheel here along with my pop-rivet dimpler.

Cheap import tools - quality is a hit/miss deal, but if you choose wisely and baby the tools they are a great deal.  They will match the online prices, so watch for things you need to go on sale online.
