08-19-08 - Assembling Primed End Wing Attach Assembly

Here are the completed and primed end wing attach assembly components ready for assembly.

Stacked as they will be assembled with the hardware in front.

The plans only show one washer on the blocks, but it isn't enough to have the shank completly inside the block.

I put washers on each side of the block to take up the extra lenght of the bolts.

And a washer under each nut and the threaded length is correct.

Assembled with 2-3 threads exposed - perfect.
