Right Aft Spar
Last weekend I went to Aircraft Spruce and picked up the first order of
hardware. I'll post the list of what I ordered and how much
it costs under the builders resources page.
The hole for the aileron pushrod. I started by using the
unibit to remove as much material as quickly as possible.
Cut and filed to match the marker lines - it needs to be expanded out a
bit to match the doubler.
I clamped the doubler to the rear spar and filed the spar channel to
match.
