Aft Fuse Zee Channels

The Z channels are a bit confusing (at least to me). There are lots of holes and since the part is z shaped it gets difficult to determine which way is "up".

I think I have all the holes and cuts marked correctly but since I don't have enough channel to remake the part without ordering it I'm going to mark-up both the left and right channels. This is about an hour of measuring and marking.

Marking the 5/16" and 1" holes on the inner part of the channel.

The 1" hole was easy to measure, but the 5/16" hole center line is to close to the flange to get a ruler in to the radius so it was a bit trickier.

I made a template out of some scrap AL so I could get the mark in close enough to the flange.

One zee channel measured and marked. This took significantly more time than I thought it would.
