Aft Fuse Vertical Channels

The rear vert channel is the simplest one compared to the others on the sheet. I cut the channel with the wood saw and miter box.

Here's the channel marked for the edge trimming and the 1" hole. I don't have anything to cut a clean 1" hole (the 1" punch I have makes a 1.125" hole) so I'll need to make a trip to home depot.

The first rear channel cut and sanded. The 1" hole is pilot drilled.

Thats it for tonight. I still haven't gotten back in the swing of things, but at least I'm working again.
