Rudder Pedal Angle & Skin Spacers

I only got one of the angles made yesterday so I'm finishing up the second one today. Bent on the brake.

The marks were left on the angle by the hold down bar on the brake.

The left and right angle brackets - bent and drilled.

There are two 1/8" spacer places that need to be made for this sheet. I'm using cut scrap from the "ruddel" pedal mount angles.

A 1/2"x2" card template. I can get both spacers out of one peice of AL.

Both spaces rough cut on the bandsaw.
