Ok - no pictures today. I went to the EAA 690 pancake
breakfast
and saw some nice RVs and a Glassair. Then I went to Harbor
Freight and picked up one of the air riveters (on sale 26.99).
I
should have known when I picked it up I was going to have problems.
The box was in ROUGH shape - the bottom was pushed out and the glued
seam wasn't glued any more. Everything appeared to be there
so I
didn't worry about it - it's not unusual to get stuff from HF with
busted boxes. The riveter was covered in oil when I took it
out
of the "box". Apparently the upper hydralic cylinder was
poorly
machined and oil was pushing past the pistion in the head. I
spent 2 hours screwing around with it - time to take it back.
The rest of the evening was spent with the GF.
